Build products using ASP/C#.Net, MS SQL, and integrate them with Document Management system built using Hummingbird DM. The developer will need to work with our clients and mentor/coach junior developers including coop students.

Tasks to be performed include:
, R. b$ ^2 j' y5 q$ V-- Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of functional and system design specifications.
-- Design methods and services
# U9 R) g9 ^! Q9 v5 X-- Prototype and build user interfaces
- B* n+ w" L! T-- Create and modify code and software.
! i+ }2 c4 ^- |. }! w9 O) t-- Create and modify screens and reports.
-- Unit test software
-- Develop database objects
# }5 ^8 {& R6 O# X" o/ z-- Plan and develop data migration scripts
- N9 b" j7 D% k! B, B( |6 |3 R: ^' ^-- Develop including Architecture documentation
2 W; k2 j4 r% i- l5 `1 f-- Assist in data cleanup efforts of legacy data
-- Develop systems integration and backwards compatibility of affected systems
-- Decommission and archive old system
% w1 z) v5 l0 D2 d/ u! y-- Produce technical documentation, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for application.

Mandatory Qualities:
, M( U3 J$ p6 n9 I! q-- At least 2 years of experience on ASP.NET.
-- At least 2 years of experience on C#.
& ]# n) P9 N  ^8 n* r-- At least 2 years of experience on MS SQL Server.
-- Good analytical skill on business rules and coding logic.
4 p+ X9 m2 N; e! L, R-- Good communication skill.
-- Good technical documentation skill.

The following qualities are also good to have:
-- Experience in Hummingbird Document Management
-- Experience in FoxPro
8 T5 M+ i7 T( T( z' h-- Experience in deploying and decommissioning software systems
