Hotel Operations Management: Assisting the General Manager in formulating and implementing the hotel's operational strategies and goals. Overseeing and guiding the daily operations of various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Handling customer complaints and issues, taking appropriate measures to resolve them. Ensuring customer satisfaction and striving for repeat business.

Hotel Budget and Financial Management: Participating in the formulation of the hotel's budget plans. Monitoring and controlling the hotel's expense expenditures. Ensuring the achievement of financial goals and providing relevant financial reports.

7 c: V: H- E- E" e& \Employee Training and Development: Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development plans of employees. Ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge, and improving their performance and career development.
