Sublet a 2nd- floor bedroom from Apr. 30 to August. 31 at 64 North Oval St. The room is furnished. The house was renovated last year with 6 bedrooms(the one in the basement will not be rented out, so 5 people in total) and 2 bathrooms in the central Westdale Village. Of course, it has A/C. Great location and spacious room. Less than 1 min to bus stop, 10-min walk to Mac, also 5 min walk to Metro.
