Hello,

I am looking for two rooms near McMaster (ideally westdale) starting in June, July, August, or September 2022. My friend and I want to rent for 2-5 years (maybe longer). We are in third year of university at McMaster and we might start medical school here in August. We are quiet, studious, clean, do not smoke or drink or party. We do not have pets. Our budget is 400-550/month, room has to be furnished with bed and desk, and rent must be all inclusive.
